At Evren Midwifery, we believe that every family deserves personal, one-on-one care that is both deeply supportive and within reach.

Pregnancy and birth are profound life experiences, and your care should reflect that. Our care model allows space for meaningful connection while remaining affordable and accessible to the families we serve.

Pricing & Payment Structure
Global Fee: $6,000
$500 discount for families with Medicaid
$500 discount for families who pay in full at the first visit
Booking fee: $500 due when you book with us after your consult (phone or in-person), by your the initial visit, or at your initial visit. This fee secures your due date on our calendar, our calendar fills quickly, so please keep this in mind. We cannot unfortunately hold your spot without a paid booking fee.
Payment Schedule: Payments are expected at each visit, with the full balance due by 37 weeks
Postpartum Payment Plans: Available on a case-by-case basis (must be in writing and completed by 12 weeks postpartum)
Insurance & Reimbursement
Some insurance companies may reimburse a portion of out-of-hospital midwifery care, but coverage is unpredictable and often delayed. For this reason, clients pay the midwifery fee directly during pregnancy.
Once your care is complete, I provide a superbill so you can submit it to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Medicaid clients receive a $500 discount, but note that Medicaid does not reimburse midwifery fees.
Families are encouraged to call their insurance representative to confirm out-of-network coverage for home birth midwifery.
What’s Included in Your Care
Your investment covers complete midwifery care for mother and baby:
Prenatal Visits: Monthly until 28 weeks, every 2 weeks until 36 weeks, then weekly until delivery
Labor & Birth Support with The Evren birth team in your home or our birth suite
Immediate Newborn Care after birth
Postpartum Care: 6–8 visits up to 12 weeks postpartum
Because I am a solo midwife, you’ll always see me—not a rotating team—so you get continuity, familiarity, and trusted support when your birth day arrives.
Labs & Ultrasounds
Lab work is offered through my practice and included in your care. Additional labs outside of standard labs are billed separately, but still kept at a low cost for you.
Ultrasounds are referred to Southwest Diagnostics in Springfield, MO and billed separately.
Healthshare Plans
Many Healthshare programs—such as Christian Health Ministries, Liberty, or Samaritan—often reimburse midwifery care in full when billed at the conclusion of care. Each plan is different, so please review your membership guidelines.
